Cash or Check Donations

Your donations make Deep Well possible. We are a tax-exempt, non-profit organization that depends solely on the generosity of Islanders, local churches and service groups, United Way of the Lowcountry, Bargain Box, Heritage Golf Foundation and Celebrity Golf Tournament.

Please read the instructions below first:

1. Click the Donate button below and you'll be taken to a secure PayPal payment page.

2 Enter the donation amount then click Update button.

3. Ignore the Log In to PayPal box, unless you are paying by PayPal.

4. Click the Continue link near the credit card images and follow the on-screen instructions.

5. You will receive an email confirmation of the donation and a letter from Deep Well Project via U.S. Mail.

Food, Furniture and Other Donations

We gratefully accept gently used furniture (no tears, not too soiled), refrigerators, free-standing stoves, and washers and dryers that are in good working condition. Our Deep Well truck goes out once a week to pick up donations. Please call the office to set up a pick up time. We also accept household goods, such as silverware, glasses, china, pots and pans, towels and bedding. You may bring items by our office at 154A Beach City Road from 9-5, Monday through Friday, or call the office (843-785-2849) for a pickup.

Non-perishable food items are always welcome, for most of the food we distribute is donated. Please bring to our office from 9-5, Monday through Friday, or call the office (843-785-2849) to set up a pick up time.

You donations are then given to those in need.

The Deep Well is registered non-profit organization complying with the requirements of section 501(C)3 of the US Federal income tax code. As a result donations made to us may be deducted from your income taxes as an itemized deduction. Our Tax ID number is 57-0566098. All Donations are Tax Deductible
