The Deep Well Project:
Islanders Helping Islanders for Over 40 Years
The Deep Well Project was founded in 1973. Since then, it has been supported by individuals, businesses, religious institutions, foundations, clubs, schools and various other organizations. It is the island's charity — truly islanders helping their neighbors in need — and reflects the caring community in which we live.

Year to Date Report
2018 has been an extremely busy year so far at The Deep Well Project, and we haven't even entered our busiest time of the year -- the holiday season! We could not meet the many basic needs challenges of our community without your help as an important donor, so we thought you might enjoy an update on programs and services you have made possible so far this year. All stats below are January - August, 2018 and just a reminder, according to our 2017 federal 990 report, 95.4% of all donations to Deep Well go directly to client services and programs - one of our most significant statistics.
